Informasi yang dihimpun VIVA, Rabu, 27 Juni 2018, buaya berukuran lebih dari dua meter itu muncul di Kali Grogol tepatnya di Jalan Latumenten, Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat. Salah seorang warga, Sumarno mengatakan kemunculan tiga buaya ini sudah terjadi sejak Selasa kemarin. "Kami resah dengan keberadaan buaya ini. Kami takut warga menjadi korban mangsa binatang itu," kata Sumarno. Petugas suku Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Jakarta Barat hingga kini masih mencari tiga buaya itu dengan perahu karet. Petugas sudah melakukan penyisiran di sepanjang Kali Grogol. Sementara itu, lalu lintas di sekitar lokasi menjadi tersendat karena banyak kendaraan yang parkir di jalan untuk melihat buaya tersebut.
